Born in Lamongan on April 15, 1966, Mr. Salam is a certified valuer and licensed Public Valuer registered with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. With over 21 years of professional experience in property valuation and advisory services, he has established a strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and leadership in the valuation industry.
Prior to establishing KJPP Salam & Rekan, he served in a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) with international recognition, where he held the position of Risk Management Officer and coordinated numerous large-scale valuation projects across Indonesia.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), majoring in Asset Management and Property Valuation, Mr. Salam possesses extensive experience in valuing a wide range of property assets — including office buildings, hotels, apartments, retail spaces, industrial estates, and special-purpose properties — for various purposes such as sale and purchase, loan collateral, divestment, merger and acquisition, financial reporting, and revaluation.
As a Public Valuer, he continues to actively participate in professional education, courses, and seminars held by the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI) and other institutions to maintain professional competence and uphold the highest standards of practice.

Born in Banyuwangi on May 29, 1976, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Surabaya (1998), followed by a Master’s degree in Production Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden (2002), and a Ph.D. in Industrial Production Systems from Linnaeus University, Sweden (2008).
He has held a Public Valuer License (License No. P-1.23.00636) and a certified member of MAPPI (Indonesian Society of Appraisers). With extensive experience in property valuation, his professional practice covers a broad range of asset types, including land, residential properties, commercial buildings, hotels, malls, Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects, and rental valuations.
In addition to his valuation practice, Dr. Djoko is an active contributor to academic research and publications in the field of property valuation and asset management, with several papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and presented at academic conferences. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing professional standards and bridging practical valuation with academic insight.

Born in Rawamangun in 1992, Yulius Suprianto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and valuation. His career spans the banking, capital markets, and investment management sectors, including seven years at a leading commercial bank and two years at a securities company. His diverse background strengthens his strategic insight into financial analysis, business valuation, and investment decision-making
With more than five years of experience in the valuation and consulting industry, Yulius has been involved in numerous assignments covering valuation, feasibility studies, and strategic advisory services across diverse industries. His expertise combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory standards.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Law from Tadulako University and Master of Economics of Development from Gadjah Mada University, providing a strong foundation in both legal and financial disciplines. He also holds several professional certifications, including Certified Securities Analyst (CSA), Investment Manager Representative (WMI), Broker Dealer Representative (WPPE), and Certified Property Valuer (MAPPI Cert.).
His professional competencies encompass valuation, financial analysis, financial modeling, feasibility and HBU studies, project monitoring, and asset optimization, supporting clients with objective and data-driven insights for sound strategic decisions.
